Christmas Party Songs From Over the Years

Take a look at these song lyrics from Christmas Parties past. Most are from the days of the F4s and a couple from early F-16 times.
We really had a blast planning the entertainment every year. Most years were very elaborate affairs that took a lot of planning.
We would usually start thinking about all of the embarassing things that our squadronmates had done over the last year at least a couple
of months prior. The planning committee was usually comprised of The Doctor, Lightning, BOB, Stilly, Aileron,
JT and Pee Wee. I won't go into the who or what of the songs - but if you were there you'll recognize
a lot of these. When we sang them there was some serious belly-laughing going on!
But then, there was a lot of alcohol consummed by then :)

The Fighter Jock's Songbook has songs from WW II, Korea, and Viet Nam. A lot of ugly things happen in war and soldiers often cope with that through humor. Sometimes that humor is creative and is worthy of a good belly laugh, and sometimes it can be disturbing and dark. No matter how you think of it, this collection of songs is real history in its rawest form. Most of the songs are actually pretty good just beware that some of the songs may offend, or at the very least raise some eyebrows.
